Job Description
Remote Employee BPO has an outstanding opportunity for you as an Appointment Setter.
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary with a bonus of 5,00 Perfect Attendance.
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, and Night Differential.
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 12 a.m to 9 a.m, Philippine time.
Work Setup: Work from Office (WFO).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to set up appointments for our wedding venue tours.
- Utilize sales techniques to secure appointments and maintain client records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve appointment goals.
Qualifications:
- Sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficient in sales software and CRM systems.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of market trends and products/services promotion.
