Worca is actively looking for a committed Appointment Setter Specialist to become a part of our dynamic team. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls and sending emails, nurturing leads, and scheduling over 20 qualified appointments each month. Ideal candidates will possess outstanding communication skills, effectively address objections, and keep precise client records.
Requirements include a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales or cold-calling experience, exceptional time management abilities, and the flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work environment in Ortigas. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Php 60,00.00 to Php 70,00.00 per month, plus USD commissions, additional leave, and promotional opportunities.
