Job Description
POSITION: Appointment setter
WORK SET-UP: Night shift (Clark, Pampanga)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers
- Qualify leads and identify decision makers
- Set appointments for sales representatives
- Maintain accurate records of calls made and appointments scheduled
- Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure successful follow-up on appointments
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as cold caller or similar sales
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Has experience in appointment setting
- Proficient in English
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends
