Job Description
Thrive Technologies Inc. is seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with a rate of $3 – $4/hr, earning approximately 40,00 PHP+/month.
Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 7 PM Central Time, with one hour unpaid lunch breaks and two 15-minute paid breaks.
Qualifications include a stable internet connection, previous experience in telemarketing or customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities involve conducting outbound calls, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining CRM records.
