Linked Helpers seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Executive Assistant, you will become a full-time employee of our growing US-based business. Your primary responsibility will involve closely adhering to the instructions and processes outlined by our clients. Given the diverse nature of daily tasks, flexibility is crucial in this role. Strong attention to detail, effective collaboration with colleagues, and a keenness to acquire new skills are imperative attributes for success in this position.
Starting Salary: $20,00 (Probation period)
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, screening and directing inquiries as appropriate.
- Efficiently schedule appointments ensuring a well-organized calendar
- Follow up with clients and send reminders for appointments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, inbox management, and file management.
- Manage the calendar using scheduling software and ensure all appointments are appropriately organized and documented
- Take charge of social media accounts, creating engaging posts and maintaining a consistent online presence.
- Collaborate on creative projects, contributing innovative ideas to enhance our brand image.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant
- Experience working with US clients
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a persuasive and professional demeanor to effectively engage with clients and prospects
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using scheduling software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be Fluent in English-speaking
