Job Description
LBP Resources and Development Corporation is looking for an enthusiastic Appraiser Assistant to join our dedicated team. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Real Estate Management, and possess experience in appraisal work.
This is a full-time role with a contract duration of 6 months, offering a monthly salary of Php 27,00.00. Employees are expected to work an 8-hour day shift, with the potential for overtime.
While being a Registered Real Estate Appraiser is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Additional benefits include a 13th month salary and overtime remuneration. Please note that in-person attendance is required for this position.
