Job Description
We invite you to be part of our dynamic team at Eclerx as an Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will oversee accounts to pinpoint outstanding debts, while delving into the historical data associated with each invoice. You will engage directly with clients regarding overdue payments and take proactive measures to facilitate timely debt recovery. Additionally, you will address billing and customer credit issues, all while maintaining comprehensive records of account statuses.
To qualify, you must possess a Bachelor of Science in Accounting or a related field, along with three years of relevant experience. Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Availability for night shifts or U.S. hours is required. The position is based in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
