Job Description
- Processes account receivable, revenue, and collection functions.
- Manage assigned accounts effectively.
- Record sales invoices in Odoo system.
- Issue sales invoices and credit notes.
- Approve contracts for tagging and delivery.
- Handle printing of vatable delivery receipts.
- Post payments on Odoo system.
- Prepare daily bank reconciliations.
- Summarize receivables and maintain invoice accounts.
- Send State of Account (SOA) to branches.
- Communicate with Sales team for billing.
- Resolve late payments with customers.
- Process direct debits promptly.
- Maintain aged analysis up-to-date.
- Safekeep, record, and file documents properly.
- Submit reports and tasks on time.
- Assist in other related duties as assigned.
