Job Description
Ensure the company receives payments for goods and services, records transactions, secures revenue, verifies receipts, and resolves discrepancies.
Salary Range: PHP20,00 – PHP30,00
JOB DUTIES
- Upload invoices from 3PL warehouse to MYOB accounting package.
- Resolve rejected invoice issues.
- Allocate cash to outstanding invoices in MYOB.
- Reconcile customer accounts.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Administration.
- Experience in AR/AP or related fields.
- Knowledge of MYOB accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
REQUIRED SKILLS / SOFTWARE
- MYOB and MS Excel proficiency.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Early shift, Monday to Friday.
