Job Description
In order for you to be successful in your role, you will:
- Implement sales calls strategies to encourage donations to our association.
- Effectively use dialer to efficiently call out to leads.
- Utilize provided script to effectively communicate with potential donors.
- Accurately log details of each call in our reporting system.
- Understand and be sensitive to the cultural nuances of the Arab audience to ensure respectful, impactful, and cordial interactions.
As an Account Executive, you should:
- Have high value of customer service skills to help customers in a specific niche area;
- Have a minimum 1 year call centre experience handling either inbound or outbound calls;
- Or may perform upsell or cross-sell potential or current customers;
- Be a critical thinker and maintain a pleasant attitude in the workplace;
- Be willing to work on a shifting or rotating schedule when needed in the operations;
- Be amenable to work during holidays;
High fluency in Arabic language.
Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
Familiarity with using dialer systems for outbound calls.
Ability to follow scripts while personalizing the conversation to each potential donor.
Keen attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
Sales experience, especially in donation drives, will be an advantage.

Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
