Job Description

Aranaz Construction Management Consultancy is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for managing plans and design review, collaborating with consultants and clients to develop appropriate construction plans, and ensuring that projects are executed according to schedule and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage plans and design review process.
• Prepare and maintain an up-to-date drawing registry.
• Set project timelines and manage schedules.
• Lead and supervise architectural teams, including contractors and other personnel.
• Monitor work progress and prepare accomplishment reports.
• Evaluate contractor’s billing.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with approved materials, methodologies, drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Review and approve submittals from contractors.
• Conduct inspections of architectural lay-outs.
• Verify special processes and qualifications of workers.
• Collect, examine, and manage documents related to certifications, tests, controls, and inspections.
• Check the conformity of works with the quality control plan.
• Lead the team in the acceptance of units.
• Ensure the correct implementation of the approved inspection test plan.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Overtime may be required

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Required)

Experience:

• Architect / Project Architect: Minimum 5 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Santa Rosa, Laguna: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• Required to travel 100% of the time
