Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Control projects from start to finish ensuring high-quality, innovative design
- Produce detailed blueprints and project specifications
- Knowledge of building products, construction details, and regulations
- Basic proficiency in Estimates and Material Specifications
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Architecture, Licensed Architect preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, CAD applications, and technical software
- Experience in construction cost estimates, CAD drafting, and meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Willingness to work on-site, construction sites, and in the office
If and when necessary, be assigned other duties.
