Job Description
Work Set up: Hybrid Work Set Up | Angeles City Pampanga
Work Shift: Monday to Friday (8 hours – 2 to 3x a week onsite and the rest is remote work) Saturday (4 hours – remote work)
Job Purpose: BIM Modeler is responsible for providing support in various BIM modeling tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- In charge of the construction of 3D models and preparing drawings using REVIT software.
- Updating the 3D model following the latest information.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other discipline’s design changes.
- Prepare BIM models to aid visualization and decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture/Structure or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of BIM Requirements in Singapore standards is a plus.
- Proficient in Autodesk REVIT is a must.
- A team player with a sense of responsibility.
