Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Create detailed working drawing based on clients’ needs per project with respect to interior and fit-out construction aesthetic.
2. Generate 2D/3D models with rendering of created drawings using Sketch Up, Vray, and similar software.
3. Incorporate drawing updates based on building codes and site development as per client expectations.
4. Update plans and/or drawings using computer-aided software such as AUTOCAD.
5. Knowledge in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in Architecture.
2. In-depth knowledge of computer-aided design software such as AUTOCAD (heavy detailer).
3. Construction background, particularly in fit-out projects.
4. In-depth knowledge in 3D modeling and rendering software like Sketchup, Vray, and similar.
5. Familiarity with computer-aided software such as AUTOCAD software is a plus.
