Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsman who is proficient in translating architectural designs into detailed construction drawings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, proficiency in Revit/CAD software, and excellent attention to detail.

MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE to travel internationally.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to develop 2D drawings using REVIT & AUTOCAD

2. Create detailed architectural drawings based on sketches, specifications, and design guidelines.

3. Collaborate with architects and other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of drawings.

4. Review and revise drawings as necessary to meet project requirements and specifications.

5. Responsible for controlling the quality of their drawings and other key deliverables.

6. Maintain organized project files and documentation for record-keeping purposes.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• At least one (1) year of working experience in model and drawing production using Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural drafting software.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently, multitask, solve problems, and collaborate with colleagues.
• Required knowledge of the process of design, development, and design documentation.
• Quality-driven, accurate and efficient, and works well with minimum supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,00.00 per month
