Job Description
FRESH GRADUATE CAN APPLY Architectural Apprentice
Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Microstation, or similar software, following company standards and guidelines
- Interpret architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details, ensuring a thorough understanding of project requirements
- Accurately calculate measurements and dimensions from architectural drawings and specifications
- Utilize company-provided software to generate cost estimates for projects, considering materials, labor, and other relevant factors
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that drawings and estimates align with project goals and specifications
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, including revisions, markups, and as-built drawings
- Utilize AutoCAD for drafting tasks and be open to using other software.
Qualifications:
- ARCHITECT FRESH GRADUATE; an associate degree or technical certification in architectural drafting is a plus
- Proven experience as an architectural draftsman, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills for computing measurements and generating estimates
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to adapt to new software and technologies as required.

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
