- Ensure concession stores attain sales target
- Conduct periodic store visits and facilitate new store openings
- Implement merchandising and customer service standards
- Manage pull-outs of damages and overstocked items
- Address area/store concerns promptly
- Submit daily sales and inventory reports on time
- Address service crew concerns effectively
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year Business Related Course
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Food Industry
- Experience in handling service crew
- Strong time and personnel management skills
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities
- Willing to work in fieldworks for LAGUNA NORTH
- Open to training in Quezon City
- Must have a motorcycle and valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
