Job Description
As an Area Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational activities within your designated area. Your main objective will be to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability across multiple locations or branches.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the daily operations of assigned areas.
- Implement processes and procedures to optimize productivity and quality.
- Assess and address performance issues, providing guidance and coaching to team members.
