Job Description
St. Joseph Fish Brokerage Inc. is on the lookout for a qualified Area Head to enhance our vibrant team. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for setting and tracking monthly sales targets, conducting comprehensive competitor analysis, and fostering strong relationships with both buyers and producers.
Your essential duties will include managing employee performance, preparing daily operation reports, and overseeing manpower allocation and training initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business Management or a related field, along with 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
Successful applicants will demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Please note that the role requires flexibility to work extended hours at the Davao Fishport Complex.
