Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Area Management Module Development and Conduct of Training Consultancy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective management modules and providing training consultancy across various locations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing management modules based on organizational needs
  • Conducting training needs analysis and identifying gaps in employee skills
  • Providing guidance and support to management teams in implementing new modules
  • Delivering training sessions to enhance employee performance and productivity
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary improvements

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid background in management and training consultancy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
