Job Description
Position: AREA MANAGER
Location: South Mindanao
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee branch operations.
- Lead, mentor & motivate aftersales, sales, and admin teams.
- Develop strategic plans for fleet optimization and profitability.
- Coordinate with Head Office departments.
- Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage area budget and expenses.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Present operational reports to senior management.
- Lead hiring process and disciplinary actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices.
