Job Description
Cafe Itaewon Philippines is seeking an area manager to oversee our franchise stores in Pampanga. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of managerial experience in the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and a focus on driving sales and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve franchise store performance and revenue
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Evaluate store operations, cleanliness, and efficiency
- Manage schedules and inventory
- Train and supervise employees on customer service
- Generate detailed reports on revenues and expenses
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or equivalent
- 3+ years of managerial experience, preferably in hospitality
- Excellent communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Leadership, F&B knowledge, and integrity
