Job Description
COUNTERPART RESOURCE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE is seeking an enthusiastic Area Manager responsible for:
- Formulating effective business development strategies for long-term success.
- Setting standards and objectives for various stores and departments.
- Optimizing operations to ensure efficiency.
- Leading store managers in collaborative goal achievement.
- Managing finances to maintain profitability within budget.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Solving problems with creative solutions.
- Evaluating performance using key metrics.
- Reporting progress and issues to senior executives.
- Assisting management in expansion or acquisition decisions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Php384.00 – Php500.00 per day
Schedule: 8 hour shift
