Job Description
For Manila Area
As an Area Manager of Famous Belgian Waffles, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple Famous Belgian Waffles outlets within a designated geographic area. You will ensure that each outlet consistently delivers high-quality waffles/all other products, exceptional customer service, and achieves sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering a remarkable customer experience.

- Staff Management and Training

- Quality Assurance and Customer Service
- New Store Openings
- Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
- Brand Representation and Customer Relations
- Quality Control and Standards
- Crisis Management and Problem-solving
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management and or any business-related field
- Proven experience in a Managerial or Supervisory role (within the Food and Beverage Industry)
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound understanding of financial management principles
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Flexibility to travel outside designated area as needed.
- Ability to manage multiple stores
Job Type: Full-time

- 8-hour shift
