Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified Area Manager with 3 to 4 years of experience in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire North Luzon Store, develop strategies to meet monthly sales targets, and maintain high standards of cleanliness across all locations.
Your role will encompass people management, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and instilling core values within the team. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting store audits, implementing operational procedures, and ensuring store safety and security.
This is a full-time, permanent position that provides benefits such as company events, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.
