Job Description
The role will…
- Directing, observing, and assessing sales performance as well as suggesting courses of action to meet sales targets and increase shop profitability
- Keeping an eye on inventory management and retail standard operating procedure compliance to reduce shrinkage below tolerance
- Tracking of the store’s controllable costs and suggestions for cost-cutting actions to boost output and profitability
- Following health regulations and putting crisis management plans into action to reduce risks and create a clean, safe workplace for customers and staff
- Maintaining team morale and productivity through employee motivation and coaching

- A candidate possessing at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Economics, Educational/Teaching/Training, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Commerce or equivalent
- Skills in retail management, communication, and leadership
