Job Description
Shall be responsible in ensuring all works and activities are executed accurately, efficiently, on time and in accordance with Company procedures and processes and executing the Project according to the methodology or such other approved company processes. Shall also be responsible for ensuring the Project is completed on time, and within budget/profit margin or better.
Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or any related course.
Must be a registered Civil Engineer or other engineering license.
Must have at least 5 years experience as Project Manager in the construction industry or related field.
At least 15 years overall experience in the construction industry.
Project exposures in both heavy and light industries and infrastructure (warehousing, land development, land & marine infrastructure).
Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites anywhere in the country for extended periods.
Willing to oversee multiple projects at the same time.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php100,00.00 – Php180,00.00 per month
