Job Description
Are you a dynamic and results-oriented individual with strong leadership skills? We are currently seeking an Area Manager to join our team. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific region and ensuring the success of multiple branches within that area.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability. You will work closely with branch managers to provide support and guidance, monitor performance, and maintain high standards of customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor branch performance, including sales and operational targets
- Provide coaching and feedback to branch managers to enhance their performance and development
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective strategies
- Conduct regular visits to branches to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
