Job Description
The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple locations within a specified area. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure the smooth running of all branches under their supervision. Key responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, implementing strategies to increase revenue, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. The Area Manager is also responsible for managing a team of store managers, providing guidance and support when needed. This position requires excellent communication and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
