Job Description
- Prepares monthly sales action plans for critical stores. Creates new strategies if sales targets are not met.
- Ensures smooth implementation of sales and marketing programs in all stores.
- Highly knowledgeable in Back of House and Front of House operations.
- Reviews and improves system-wide processes for People Development, Sales and Marketing, Profitability, and Quality Standards.
- Analyzes performance bottlenecks and provides corrective actions.
- Conducts audits to ensure SOP adherence and cost savings.
- Identifies and retains high-potential employees for career advancement.
- Appoints effective management teams and conducts performance evaluations.
Job Specifications:
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience in Restaurant Store Operations.
- Graduate of HRM, Food Technology, or related field.
- Willing to travel, proficient in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php40,00.00 per month
