Job Description
Our client, Viventis, is looking for a skilled Area Manager to oversee operations in Pampanga. Responsibilities include managing branches, driving sales, and leading a team of 15.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage branch operations and ensure policy compliance.
- Develop sales strategies and revenue growth plans.
- Lead and mentor a team, conduct performance evaluations.
- Analyze sales data, recommend improvements.
- Collaborate on business plans with the General Manager.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Sales and business development experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and data analysis proficiency.
- North Luzon familiarity preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
Experience: 4 years in Retail and Area Management, 3 years in People Management
