Job Description
Planet Sports is seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee operations in the Pampanga area (North Luzon). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple branches, driving sales performance, and leading a team of 15 direct reports. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of multiple branches in Pampanga.
- Develop sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 15 employees.
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with GM on business plans and initiatives.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Prepare and present reports on branch performance.
