Job Description
Cody Marketing Corp is seeking a highly skilled Area Operations Manager to lead our daily operations in logistics, finance, and personnel management. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to foster growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for training and motivating staff, managing budgets, and ensuring that team performance meets established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). A degree in business or marketing is preferred, along with 3-4 years of relevant experience in operations management, particularly within the distribution sector.
