Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Retail Assistant Manager to join our team in the dynamic sports-betting industry. As the Area Retail Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our retail operations across multiple locations.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail outlets, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. You will be in charge of managing a team of retail staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise retail outlets within the designated area
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
- Train and motivate retail staff to deliver high-quality performance
- Maintain inventory accuracy and control expenses within budget
