Job Description
Job description:
- Involved in acquisition and development of new branches
- Continuously developing existing stores
- Setting sales and financial targets
- Oversees store locations and monitors performance
- Interprets sales figures
- Enforces store presentation and compliance
- Implements retail plan in line with company strategy
- Mediates and resolves customer/supplier concerns
- Coaches staff to increase sales
- Identifies opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Minimum 3 years related work experience
- Can manage multiple store locations
- Strong professionalism and integrity
- Strong leadership and goal-driven
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Overtime
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
