Job Description:
- Involved in acquisition and development of new branches
- Continuously develop existing stores
- Set sales and financial targets
- Oversee and monitor store performance
- Analyze sales figures
- Ensure store compliance with company standards
- Implement retail plan in line with company strategy
- Resolve customer and supplier concerns
- Coach and motivate staff
- Identify and address opportunities
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Minimum 3 years related work experience
- Can manage multiple store locations
- Strong leadership ability
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work in Mindanao Store branch area
