- Involved in acquisition and development of new branches
- Continuously developing existing stores
- Setting sales and financial targets
- Oversees store locations, monitors performance
- Interprets sales figures and analyzes
- Ensures store compliance with company standards
- Implements retail plan in line with company strategy
- Mediates customer or supplier concerns
- Coaches staff to increase sales
- Identifies and addresses opportunities
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Minimum 3 years related work experience
- Can supervise multiple store locations
- Strong professional maturity and integrity
- Strong leadership ability
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
