Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Area Sales and Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales in a designated area, as well as developing new business opportunities.
As an Area Sales and Development Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets in the assigned area.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Training and providing guidance to the sales team in order to improve their performance.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a proven track record in sales, preferably in a related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you will be required to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
