Job Description
- Executes sales plans and strategies to support sales target;
- Maintains good relations with partners through outlet visitations;
- Conducts feasibility studies for outlet expansion;
- Monitors competitor’s marketing activities;
- Prepares sales reports and attendance summaries;
- Monitors expenses, suggests cost-reduction strategies;
- Recommends outlet activities and programs;
- Trains staff, executes personnel policies;
- Performs assigned tasks diligently.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of business management or related fields;
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales coordination;
- Proficient in basic computer programs;
- Strong decision-making skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated;
- Customer service-oriented, team player, and trustworthy;
- Comfortable working with others;
- Strict in implementing rules and policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
