Job Description
– Sets accurate daily sales forecasts based on monthly sales targets using available data to manage inventory, production schedules, and labor cost efficiently. Formulates action plans to achieve profitability targets.
– Plans work schedules for employees to ensure proper shift staffing, optimize roles, and forecast manpower. Manages labor costs through effective staff management.
– Evaluates store performance in sales, profitability, and key performance indicators. Develops strategies to meet targets and improve operational execution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php20,00.00 per month
