Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive and expand hardware, tools, and construction sales across Mindanao. You will lead and coach sales representatives, assign territory coverage, meet revenue targets, secure new accounts, and sustain major client relationships. Collaborate with logistics, finance, and marketing to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing; 3–5 years regional sales leadership experience in hardware/tools/construction; proven team management; strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; results-driven.
