Job Description
JS UNITRADE MERCHANDISE is seeking a passionate Area Sales Manager to join our expanding Modern Trade Team, focusing on the South Luzon Area. The successful candidate will coordinate and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Additionally, the ASM will lead and motivate the Key Accounts team while monitoring KPIs to meet sales targets.
Qualifications include a 4-year College Degree in Business or related fields, 5 years of experience in Modern Trade Account Management, and 2 years in a managerial role within an FMCG company. Strong people management, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills are essential.
