Job Description
R2 Group Of Exclusive Brands owns multiple brands in the grooming & wellness industry. Hiring for an Area Sales Manager to support Mindanao Branches. Responsibilities include overseeing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of retail multi-store operations experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage store budgets
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Address customer issues in Mindanao Branches
- Monitor sales and store conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
