Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales in your designated area, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing relationships with key clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets
- Leading and motivating a team to reach their full potential
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity
- Providing regular reports and forecasts to management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and networking abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
