Job Description
Area Management
– Implement sales funnel strategy across the area.
– Ensure sales team covers assigned doctors and hospitals.
– Consistently work with subordinates.
– Hunt for new accounts.
– Verify subordinate itineraries and order forms.
– Manage consignment returns and documentation.
Sales
– Develop sales strategy with marketing.
– Conduct product presentations and monitor sales targets.
– Attend conventions and monitor project management.
– Provide bidding recommendations and ensure specifications compliance.
Customer Management
– Guide on customer issues and training.
– Collaborate with support team and handle customer concerns.
Performance and People Development
– Adhere to company policies and monitor subordinates’ performance.
– Execute individual development plans and training programs.
Other duties as needed.
