Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and motivate a sales team
- Develop sales plan to support business objectives
- Identify growth opportunities in target markets
- Build relationships with key clients
- Analyze sales data and track performance metrics
- Collaborate with other departments
- Generate sales reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in business or related field
- Minimum 10 years of successful sales experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in CRM systems
- Excellent organizational abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
