Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred (Agri-related courses).
- More than 10 years sales experience.
- Proven sales experience; Agri-Industrial sales experience is preferred.
- With knowledge and relevant experience in dealing pesticides and fertilizer products for Banana, Pineapple, Rice and other high value crops.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Has experience in driving and has a valid professional driver’s license.
- Can sustain long travel.
- AOR Mindanao.
