Job Description

Manages and oversees the company’s entire sales policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs

  • Degree holder of any 4-year business course;
  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager (or sales supervisor, at least) preferably in a trading and distribution company for at least 3 years;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
  • Strong business sense, market knowledge, and expertise in the industry;
  • Excellent mentoring, motivation, coaching, negotiation, public relations, people-management, and leadership skills;
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills;
  • Proficiency in staffing, budget, and process management;
  • Adept in Microsoft Office applications
  • Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory;
  • Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team;
  • Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management;
  • Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales;
  • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers;
  • Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects;

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php22,00.00 per month
