Job Description
With at least 3 to 4 years of experience in the Retail industry, the Area Store Manager at INGCOPH is responsible for:
- Amenable to do fieldwork and report to the Grace Park Caloocan office
- Monitoring and strategizing to achieve monthly sales quotas
- Ensuring store cleanliness and organization
- Managing store personnel, scheduling, evaluations, and instilling discipline
- Conducting store audits regularly
- Implementing operational procedures and manuals
- Ensuring store safety and security
- Training programs for staff development
- Assisting in new store openings and expansion
- Other duties as assigned by the executive management
