Job Description
1. Works closely with the ROM/ROS for project implementation and control.
2. Ensures smooth operation of all ongoing projects under One PMFTC Merchblitz in the assigned area, following project guidelines.
3. Identifies potential project issues and recommends preventive actions.
4. Can handle multiple roles like trainer, QA, and provide relief support.
5. Fills in manpower gaps and manages daily absences for PMFTC Merchblitz projects.
6. Monitors manpower deployment submissions at the HO.
7. Ensures timely and complete report submissions to HO.
8. Strictly follows project process flows.
9. Uses official report templates for reporting.
10. Tracks liquidation submissions status (AC to FC).
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
